Objectives

(1) There are new business owners – and there have been some challenges with service in the past and are now trying to make up for to build the brand back up.
(2) Better layout, scrolling home page design
(3) More visually pleasing (better images, more modern and professional looking)
(4) Better credibility

Target Audience

(1) Target audience are high-income people that live on Tampa Bay or one of the smaller bays that are part of it.

(2) “White Lexus” crowd – they make good solid 6 figures, the wife doesn’t need to work, 90% Caucasian.

(3) Customers are almost exclusively male, between 40 – 65 years old.

(4) These people aren’t the type to wear smoky jackets even when they earned a lot of money. They’re more of the shorts and boat shoes type.

(5) They’re not as concerned about the money as they are about enjoying their boat.

(6) They know more about boats but not much on the construction of a dock.

Competitor Analysis

I completed a competitive analysis of the client’s top competitors. Based on this, I was able to come up with a an ‘step-by-step’ format to easily get leads.
