Pet Nanny Coach — VA Agency Website
The Project
A conversion-focused website for a virtual-assistant agency serving pet-sitting business owners, designed and built from scratch. I worked within an existing brand guideline, owning wireframes, visual design, information architecture, and the full front-end build.
What I Did
Condensed and restructured the content with StoryBrand
— the homepage carries only the core narrative (problem → differentiator → proof → CTA), Services organizes the full offering into three self-serve tiers, and the FAQ absorbs the rest behind a categorized, anchor-linked accordion.
Designed a site-wide funnel, not a flat set of pages
— Home, About, Services, and FAQ each map to a different stage of buyer readiness, with a consistent two-tier CTA (book a call / download a guide) repeated on every page.
Built a reusable visual system
— a serif/sans type pairing, hand-drawn accent type for key persuasive phrases, and one card component reused across testimonials, process steps, bios, and services.
Developed the front end
on WordPress + YOOtheme Pro, including a video hero with a built-in readability safeguard and a custom accordion/anchor-nav FAQ build.
Outcome:
the client loved the result, especially how much clearer and more focused the site feels compared to their original content.
